ANTIPASTI (STARTERS)

    Oven baked cabbage leaves stuffed with Italian sausage, herbs and amaretti on a red cabbage puree with a local toma cheese
  • ROAST VENISON
    Thinly sliced roasted wild venison ham with honey glazed chestnuts and baby leaves
  • COURGETTE WITH PRAWNS
    Baked round courgette stuffed with prawns, sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts on a cream of datterini tomato sauce

  • SAUSAGE, FETTUCINE AND TRUFFLE
    Fresh fettucine pasta with Italian sausage, delicate red chicory and cream of truffle
  • VENISON PASTA WITH CHEESE
    Fresh paccheri (large tube) pasta a wild venison ragu, garnished with caciaricotta cheese
  • CHESTNUT GNOCCHI
    Chestnut gnocchi with a fonduta of pumpkin, wild boar bacon and a crumble of hazelnuts

  • PATANEGRA PORK CHEEKS
    Slowly braised patanegra pork cheeks glazed in red wine with potatoes and seasonal vegetables
  • ROAST LAMB SHANK
    Roasted lamb shank cooked in Barolo wine with a rich demi-glace, sauteed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
  • FILLET OF SALMON
    Fillet of salmon with baby vegetables, fresh baby spinach, buttered potatoes and tartare sauce

Wine

This is a small selection of our extensive wine list. We stock a wide variety of reds from Piedmont, Tuscany, the Veneto and Alto Adige along with other parts of Italy at all price ranges.

We also have a large selection of white wines plus some rose wines, along with drinks for special occasions – from fine champagne to premium prosecco along with soft drinks, beer and liquors.
